GET INVOLVED
Children and young people are the next generation. Tuba Dance Theatre believes it is important for them to develop and build their creativity, physical skills and imagination. They will have the golden opportunity to immerse themselves in West African culture through our company's repertoire. Our aim is to inspire young people to engage and learn African history using the medium of music, dance & storytelling. We have a substantial commitment to our young peoples scholarship programme and work experience opportunities, our enrichment workshops in primary schools, and delivering high quality dance experience with our adult workshops & courses. Young people collaborating with our professional African artist, will give them an authentic experience in the theatre community in generating greater public interest in folkloric inheritance and transporting this vision onto the theatre stage.
